General terms and conditions

All services provided by atelier PRO Architekten are subject to the provisions of the DNR 2011 (July 2013 revision) applicable, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client. These standard terms and conditions have been developed to provide a clear and balanced basis for implementing our architectural services. They define the rights and obligations of both the client and atelier PRO Architekten in a transparent way.

These terms and conditions lay down important aspects such as the scope of the assignment, responsibilities, liability, and payment terms. By applying the DNR 2011 (July 2013 review), both parties can rely on a structured approach to the project, where quality and professionalism are key.

If there is a need for specific agreements or adjustments, these can only take effect if they are explicitly and in writing in a separate agreement between atelier PRO Architekten and the client. This ensures that any deviations from the DNR 2011 (July 2013 revision) are clear and binding for both parties.
